The property is located about 3.3 km from the village and only 1.8 km from one of the most beautiful bays of the island, Cala Mondragó. There is also the protected Parque Natural de Mondragó that certainly deserves an excursion or, at least, a pleasant walk. The golf course is also only 7 km away, the Golf Platz Cala d’Or.

Then you have three dormitories, two of them with two twin beds and the other one with a double bed. Two of the bedrooms have wardrobes. There is also availability for a cot and a highchair as well as for 4 fans. Ultimately, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub that serves all the accommodation and another one with a shower next to the pool.
