It is a very quiet place and also very convenient because it has many facilities nearby, such as a supermarket, bank, sports area, bars, and some restaurants. A 10-minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day on the sandy beach and have delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail at sunset! The seafront promenade of Can Picafort has a great offer of bars and restaurants and it always has a lively atmosphere. If you go the direction of Alcudia, you will find Playa de Muro, a quiet beach area with a protected sand dune of ecological interest and shallow crystalline waters, ideal for children. It’s worth going to Alcúdia or Pollensa and discovering their numerous little coves!

The two-storey house, with 250 m2, has three double bedrooms and is perfect for families or groups of friends. One of the bedrooms are fitted with two single beds each, while the other two bedrooms have double beds. All the bedrooms as well as three bathrooms (2 en suite) are located upstairs while the fourth one is downstairs. Three of the bathrooms are equipped with a shower and one with a bath. You can feel a warm atmosphere in every room. Sit down and relax in the living room, where you will find two sofas. A nice place for watching satellite TV or having a siesta.
