Welcome to this fantastic house with a private pool in Son Serra de Marina. It is perfect for 6 people.This is a modern chalet within a residential area with a really cosy exterior. It features a small garden by a great chlorine pool that is 8 x 3.2 metres and with a depth that goes from 1.5 to 1.7 metres as well as a fantastic porch where you can enjoy a succulent breakfast in the morning or a delicious barbecue in the evening. In order to enjoy the sun for a while you will find 6 sun loungers and a table with chairs outside, but you can also head to the beach which only is 1 km away from the house. This is a quiet beach and perfect to spend a nice morning. When coming back you can wash off at the exterior shower or swim in the pool to have lunch all together afterwards. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

At the beach; Near water The natural beach of Son Serra de Marina is just 1 km away, and you can reach it by taking a walk. The beach is partly rocky and partly sandy. The village is characterized by its family atmosphere and peace since there are no big hotels or traffic. You will find a small supermarket here and some good restaurants among other basic services.
