The chlorinated 4 x 6 m pool (with a uniform depth of 1.6 m) is private. The terrace, of 25 m2, is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and it has a chill-out area with rattan furniture. Under the porch, which is fully equipped, you can spend great evenings cooking on the barbecue.

Romantic; Among nature; Near water Santa Margalida is situated in the center of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by local people, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the authentic Mallorca. Even so, in Santa Margalida you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a sports center, cafes, and some restaurants.
Just a 15-minute drive away, there are the beautiful beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, with crystal clear waters and white sand. You can spend a lovely day at the sandy beach and enjoy delicious cocktails and paellas in any of the beach clubs and restaurants of the area, with breathtaking sea views. The promenade of Can Picafort is a lively area in contrast to Platja de Muro, which is very quiet. Port d’Alcúdia and Pollença are located nearby.

The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker and is equipped with everything you need to cook without a problem. There are board games for children to play and have fun during your stay. The house has a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.
