Welcome to this magnificent chalet with private pool and capacity for 8 people. It is located only 700 metres away from the beach of Alcanada.The exterior area is fantastic since it has a lovely and well-cared garden with private pool and lawn, one porch and up to 3 terraces where you can spend a nice evening. The porch is perfect to enjoy a Mediterranean breakfast, feeling the fresh breeze in the morning. The terrace of the main floor offers a barbecue as well as a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy the dinner alfresco together with a great Spanish wine. The chlorine pool sizes 7 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 0.9 to 1.8 metres. Finally, you will find 10 sunbeds around the house in order to sunbathe and also an exterior shower.

At the beach; Near water Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands, makes one think of beach resorts, but there are many other ways to enjoy both the coast and the inland - especially in autumn and winter, when the hoards of tourists are gone and the temperature is more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week exploring the Tramuntana mountain range running along the west of Mallorca on foot or by bicycle. Or you can visit some of the wineries in the center of the island where you can enjoy traditional local wines. You can also visit a farm by cycling or hiking, where you can learn how to make the sobrasada or mallorquín pork sausage.
Here you'll find great places to eat. The Mallorcan chefs prepare traditional recipes adapted to the modern taste. There are six Michelin-starred restaurants on the island. This renewed enthusiasm for local cuisine is also evident in all the restaurants in Mallorca.
Even if you have been on the island several times, there is always more to discover, especially by exploring the lush inland countryside as well as the spectacular coastline.
Usually the beach holiday season begins in May and ends in October, but the island is also beautiful in spring when the almond trees are in bloom. Outside the hottest months of July and August, the Balearic Islands are perfect for active holidays, with plenty to see if you are interested in plants or birds, or if you want to discover the local culture.
While most beach resorts close in the winter months, Mallorca is an ideal location for a holiday year-round. If you want more to do than to just lie on the beach, take advantage of the low winter prices and enjoy the taste of a real life in the Balearic Islands.

The accommodation consists of 3 floors with spacious and comfortable rooms. From the street you enter the top floor where you will find the bright living room with two comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, open to the dining area with table and chairs for 10 people. The kitchen is decorated in beautiful white and has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and space to enjoy an aperitif while cooking. There are also three bedrooms, each with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them has access to a furnished terrace overlooking the garden, and the other two - one with en-suite shower room - have direct access to the veranda. Another bathroom with bath completes the floor. The stairs lead to the lower floor where there is a 4th bedroom with a trundle bed, wardrobe, fan and shower room. The bedroom below is prepared just in case we have 8 guests. On the lower floor is the garage. Of course the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
