On the roof terrace, you can enjoy a large terrace with sublime views over the bay of Alcudia. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 4 people, two sun beds, and a sun umbrella. The other neighbors also have access to the terrace, although each flat has its own area and furniture.

A 10 minute's walk takes you to the Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach where you can enjoy a good Paella in one of the restaurants. Besides, you could visit Alcúdia's and Pollença's old town, the natural park of S'Albufera, or the Caves of Campanet. A car is not essential, but very recommended if you're planning to explore the island.
