The porch is a cool place to prepare delicious barbecues with friends and enjoy summery dinners. The house is all fenced and there are no close neighbours.

Among nature This lovely villa is located near Binissalem, a Majorcan village very famous due to its wine production. You will enjoy taking a nice walk around the typical streets, have a nice dinner at the square, and know the authentic Majorcan essence. There are a lot of wine cellars around, where you can enjoy wine tastings, one of them is José Ferrer cellar, very famous on the island. You will find everything you might need at the village, like supermarkets, bars, restaurants...
Binissalem is near the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana, an ideal place to bike or walk trips to the mountains. The Alaró Castle is a must-go destination, as well as the Salt des Freu waterfalls. if you prefer the beach, only a 30-minute drive separates the village to the north coast, with wonderful white sand and calm water beaches, like Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença, and Playa de Formentor, which is the most sensational side of the island with magic views, where you can also visit a lighthouse, surrounded by cliffs and the Mediterranean sea.

At the -1 floor, you can find a basically equipped kitchen with a vitro hob, and also a rustic dining room. In this story, you'll find a double bedroom and a bathroom en-suite with a bathtub.
