Among nature Sineu is a quiet and authentic village in the centre of Mallorca, known for its traditional street market, which takes place on Wednesday. You can have a rest at the village square having an ice-cream or a nice walk through its narrow streets. In Sineu you will find some traditional restaurants or "cellers" with home-cooked food. You will arrive to the Northern coast in more or less half an hour by car, where you will know dreamy beaches like Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. You can make a cycle excursion through the fields around in spring, visiting the beautiful village of Petra or the 317 metres high Puig of Bonany with panoramic views over the Pla of Mallorca.

The two-storey house has a size of 185 m2. On the ground floor, we find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as another dormitory with a bunk bed and a bathtub bathroom. Upstairs there is a beautiful-furnished terrace to have dinner outdoors and enjoy the evening with your friends. On the first floor, there is an air-conditioned living-dining room with an open kitchen which provides our guests with an oven, kitchen utensils, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. Furthermore, it is worth noting that there is also an osmosis system, so the water is fit for the human consumption. The washing machine, the iron and the iron board are located at the terrace. The first floor bedroom is large and features a double bed, air-conditioning, a wardrobe and access to the terrace. It has an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower.Other
Important information
-We cannot accept guests under 30 years, unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

-There is a wine cellar, opened to visitor, where you can taste different wines and cavas developed in the property.

-There are parking space for 3 cars in the garage.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
