The intersection of different landscapes further enhances this unique location. The Utrechtse Heuvelrug on the south side of the park with 300ha of forest, dunes, and heather fields, the vast Eemdal valley on the north side, on the east side only 3500m medieval Amersfoort and on the west side at 1800m Soest.

All bedrooms are of hotel quality with their own streaming LED 42-inch TV, 2 wardrobes, and a work or dressing table with Ethernet connection and automatically closing/opened curtains. Next to each bed is a USB port to charge your mobile phone. Each bedroom also has air conditioning that regulates the perfect temperature, CO2, and humidity by means of home automation. The en-suite bathroom on the ground floor has a hairdryer, a sun shower, and a heated mirror. The shared bathroom on the floor has a toilet, spacuzzi, double sink, hairdryer, and heated mirror. One bedroom has a spacious balcony with a direct view of the sand drift. On the ground floor, there is a separate guest toilet.
