At the beach Zoutelande is part of the “Zeelandic Riviera” and is highly recommended for anyone looking for the ultimate combination of nature, tranquility and enjoyment. The area around Zoutelande is also a great base for an active vacation! Zoutelande is wonderful if you love the beach—as the beach with the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands, there is no lack of sun here in the summer. Get ready for long summer beach days from sunrise to sunset. With accommodation so close to the beach, you don't have to look far for refreshing drinks, lunch or dinner. It is a wonderful place to get a breath of fresh air on the beach and enjoy a snack and drink at one of the trendy beach bars in all seasons. Zoutelande is also home to one of the highest dunes in the Netherlands: at 54 meters above sea level, it is the highest point in Walcheren. This high point offers great views of the island, the sea and the Western Scheldt. If you want to take a break from the sand for a while, there is always something going on in the lovely cafes, restaurants and beach bars. In addition to the town, cities such as Middelburg and Vlissingen are also within cycling distance or a short drive away.

The cosy living room is furnished with a seating area consisting of a sofa with a coffee table, and the adjacent dining table offers seating for four people. The compact kitchen includes all the basics for cooking and dining in your holiday rental, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine and a kettle.
A unique feature of this accommodation is that despite its size, it features three bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms—at the front of the house—have a single bed (90 x 200 cm), sink, chest of drawers and a chair to hang clothes if necessary. The third bedroom and the bathroom are at the back of the house and can be reached through the living room. The third bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a chair and a closet, as well as some storage space and a clothes rack to hang clothes. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower and a designer towel radiator. The bathroom also has a washing machine to ensure wonderfully clean clothing after a day at the beach.
The covered terrace (20 m2) in the sheltered garden (60 m2) at the foot of the dunes has a garden table with seating for four people. The garden also has grass and various plants. A folding cot and high chair are provided for a child up to two years old. Your faithful four-legged friend is also welcome to join you, as one pet is allowed in this accommodation. One parking space is available at the property.
Other
- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day, you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking, you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course, against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions. Please get informed about this option. As the owner, you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbours.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
