Es bietet Platz für 6 Gäste.Gönnen Sie sich eine Pause auf der Poolterrasse und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft. Der 7 x 4m große Süßwasserpool hat eine Wassertiefe von 1,40 – 1,80m und wird mit Chlor gereinigt. Sonnenliegen und verschiedene möblierte Ecken mit Bäumen und schattiger Vegetation eignen sich perfekt, um den ganzen Tag im Freien zu verbringen. Für Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse gibt es eine Veranda mit großen Schiebetüren. Ein mobiler Grill steht zur Verfügung. Die Finca ist eingezäunt und es gibt einige Nachbarn.

The sea is very close and next to Puerto de Andratx, there are the bays of Sant Elm, Camp de Mar, and Cala Fonoll to discover. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday. For small adventures, we recommend trips to "La Trapa" or a hiking tour from "Coma Calenta" to "Coma Freda". Golfers can practice their favorite sport on the nearby golf course.

The house is one-storey, has 140m2 living space, and convinces with a rustic interior. From the veranda, you enter the living-dining area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, fireplace, and dining area for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and has all the big and small helpers that make cooking a pleasure. In the laundry room, you will find the washing machine, ironing board, and iron.After eventful days, a total of 3 bedrooms entice you to rest. 2 of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and 1 room has 2 single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower "en suite". They can be accessed from the outdoor porch next to the swimming pool. On request, a cot and high chair can be provided.
