The 10 m x 10 m communal chlorine pool with a depth of 1.2 m x 1.7 m will keep you cool during the months of June to September. There is an outdoor shower, which is very practical for taking a shower after the beach. The private terrace of 7 m2 is ideal for a dinner with the family.








Interior

The cosy flat is composed of a bright living-dining room, with AC and TV, next to the open-plan gas kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When it's time to sleep, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A fan and three electric radiators complete the equipment and more are available on request. If you are travelling with your baby we can also provide a cot and high chair.

This property is located in the area of the Arenal Beach, the centre of the bay of Jávea, which is the main tourist centre and, without doubt, the most popular beach with bathers thanks to its fine sand and shallow waters. Jávea is a surprising town where you will be amazed by each of its corners, whether you are strolling through the old town admiring the large number of monuments, or visiting some of its natural spots such as Granadella cove or enjoying the route of the riu-raus, traditional Valencian buildings. It offers a wide range of cultural activities such as the Moors and Christians festival, its museums or its patron saint festivals. You can also sit down to eat in some of its fantastic restaurants and bars. As for sports, diving is one of the best options, as well as sailing and parasailing. On land, the best options are hiking in the Montgó Natural Park, tennis and golf.
