The mansion was constructed with a maximum attention to detail. The house was built in a total of 6 years and more than 50 workers were involved.

A large amount of rare materials were used for its construction:
woods that haven´t been in existence anymore since 1908, chocolate slates that are only pumped every 17
months; 200 tons of river gravel stones approved by IBAMA;
Furthermore a fireplace erected during a 17 months period by a team of 11 people with building cranes
trade, and laying stone by stone, without cement or false wall.

On the property there are more than 21.000 planted trees, more than 40.000 m² of lawn.

About the house:

The house has 10 suites and provides room for up to 24 people; The rooms have either a king-size bed or single bed and are heated.
Bathrooms have a bathtub. The master suite has a king sized bed, TV 65 “, 02 armchairs, minibar, bathtub, balcony, air conditioning and
fireplace. There are also three large living rooms, among them a library. Each of them has its own fireplace. Furthermore there are playgrounds and game areas, a home theater, sports areas and a tennis court, an ample heated swimming pool, a spa area and a dry and wet sauna.
