The custom swimming pool is perhaps 400 square meters with a fire pit and an ofuro adjoining it.

The car park for up to 20 vehicles was designed so it is hidden from view so as not to intrude upon
the tranquillity of the sitio.

Pathways around the complex are pretty and well lit at night.

There is a manager’s house which was recently constructed to high standards. It could be converted
into another guest cottage. Beside it is a large covered utility/storage area.

Araucaria Cottage has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
