Welcome to this house located in Sa Ràpita. It has a private above ground pool and capacity for 10 people.
This is the ideal accommodation for families who want to spend their holidays together but keep their privacy. The exterior of the property is perfect to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, thanks to its large garden full of corners where you can sunbathe, cook on the barbecue or have a drink or a meal with your companions. In addition, there are several furnished terraces where you can have breakfast admiring the sea views or enjoy unforgettable moments surrounded by your family and friends. The star of the show will undoubtedly be the large above ground pool, 5 m in diameter and 1 m deep, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Being located in the village, there are neighbours close to the house.The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you a well-deserved rest. On the main floor you will find a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, a dining room with access to the garden and a separate kitchen with gas hob. On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with fans. Two of them have two single beds, while the other one has a double bed. Two independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, serve this floor. Upstairs there is a living room with AC and TV, a kitchen with a gas cooker and three more bedrooms, all with fans. Two of them have double beds, while the last one has a single bed. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower, are located on this floor. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.Sa Ràpita is located in a coastal enclave with an incomparable charm, as it is very close to the paradisiacal and protected beaches of Sa Ràpita, Es Trenc or Ses Covetes. In the village you will find all the necessary services as well as a wide variety of bars, restaurants and leisure activities. From the nearby village of Colonia de Sant Jordi you can make an excursion to Cabrera and get to know this protected island inhabited exclusively by native species. In addition, in Colonia de Sant Jordi there is a species recovery centre where you can get to know the island's marine flora and fauna. The island's capital, Palma, is only 30 minutes away by car. We encourage you to visit and explore its lively streets, its historic centre and, of course, its impressive cathedral.Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
