This beautiful apartment, located in Casares, has capacity for 6 guests.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The beautiful communal gardens will lead you to a shared chlorine pool of 20 x 10 m and with a depth of between 1 and 3 m, perfect for cooling off. Once on the property, a large terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains will be perfect for relaxing in the sun, cooking on the barbecue or enjoying a drink or a bite to eat with your companions. Being in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.The interior of the apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and with access to the terrace, is perfect to extend the evenings. The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with shower serves the house. Through home automation you can program the AC, which is centralized throughout the house.
