In this wonderful village house, located in Santa Margalida, 5 people will find a second home.The beautiful terrace is ideal to enjoy unforgettable breakfasts while you organize your routes around the island. Here you will find a barbecue, perfect for preparing a wide variety of dishes, and a large table where you can enjoy a drink in the fresh air with your companions. There is also direct access to a room where you can leave your bicycles. Being located in the centre of the village, the house has direct neighbours. The spacious interior of the single-storey house, decorated in a rustic style, is designed to offer you a well-deserved rest. The living room, equipped with AC, Smart TV, DVD player and fireplace is perfect for relaxing. In the kitchen, which is open to a dining area and has AC, you will find everything you need to cook your favourite dishes. The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. In the property there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and dressing room, one with 2 single beds and one with a trundle bed. A bathroom with shower and an AC in the entrance hall complete the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair. The area of Santa Margalida is in the centre of the island, so from there you can easily reach any other place in Mallorca in a reasonable time. It is also an ideal starting point for walking and cycling routes. The area is mostly rural and is inhabited by local people, which will allow you to get to know the most genuine Mallorca. Santa Margalida is a village with all the services you may need during your stay. In only 15 minutes by car you can reach the area of Playas de Muro, as well as the coves and beaches of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença, which are also worth a visit.Pets are not allowed.
