CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through Whatsapp, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1,10 Euros per person and per day.
PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 20 Euros per pet for the whole stay.

This accommodation has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
The apartment has a colorful kitchen that has everything you need and after you finished eating you can relax on the sofa bed watching TV, in the spacious living room.
There is also a balcony.
Important; After making the reservation you need to send us the following information; full name, passport or ID number and date of birth of all tenants.
key transfer; During the key collection, the customer pays the rest of the amount as stated in the reservation contract, in cash and the customer signs the corresponding holiday rental agreement for the agreed period.
rental period; The rental period of the accommodation is stated in its own terms and conditions of the contract, the key collection is between 16:00 and 20:00 from the first day of the agreed period. If it is impossible for the customer to arrive within the aforementioned hours, this customer will pay an additional surcharge of 50 euros. The owner must be notified with information about the expected time of arrival so that the employees can adjust their working hours. The key collection is not possible after 22:00, if the customer arrives later, he or she can come back the next day in the morning. In any other case, the owner has no obligations, the tenant loses the payment he made when confirming the booking.
Departure is on the set day until 10:00 am, you must inform the owner of the time of departure 24 hours in advance. The tenant is responsible for leaving the keys in our office, he or she must leave the accommodation in the same condition as upon arrival.
Deposit; At the key handover, the tenant signs a document, which entitles the company to use your credit card to pay a guarantee. At the end of the stay, the client returns the accommodation, furniture and equipment in the same condition as on arrival, the tenant is responsible for any damage caused during the stay, including damage caused by a pet. In addition, the amount corresponds to costs for cleaning, repair or replacement of the damage, which are deducted from the deposit.
Administration costs; The issuance of the contract is included in the price, stating -administrative costs- and you pay 6 euros per day.
Services; The costs for facilities are included in the total price except in special cases, which are discussed personally with the client. In the accommodations where gas bottles are used, the customer contacts the owner if the bottle is empty during opening hours, so that a new bottle is arranged.
Community Code of Conduct; The properties in the community with neighbors have their own code of conduct of the area. The communal facilities such as a swimming pool or tennis courts are not open all year round, the dates when they are closed or open depend on the weather, the number of guests, hygiene conditions and other factors. That is also the reason that the owner is not responsible for these municipal facilities if they are not open due to various factors, these facilities are not under his management. The same applies to customers, they are responsible for their own safety when using these facilities.
Terminating the contract; The owner can terminate the contract in the following situations;
1 In the event of an extreme number of users of an accommodation, the owner can inquire at any time about the names and identity card
2 The transfer or subletting of all or part of the subject matter of this contract;
3 Moving the furniture in the accommodation
4 Demonstrating activities that go against the code of conduct of the community, rules of society, about hygiene and the rules of public order and activities by the tenants that disturb the tranquility of the complex and the neighborhood.
Exceptions from obligations; The owner is not responsible for the following situations:
1 Any theft, loss or damage experienced by the customers during their stay in the rented accommodation, even in cases where there is a rented safe in the room
2 Poor supply of larger companies such as electricity, gas and water
3 You report a defect of electromechanical or other devices in the accommodation to the owner, who will contact the technical service within 24 hours, a lack of service on their part will not be compensated by the owner.
4 Work carried out by the municipality or other bodies outside the owner's company may take place near or in the same building, which may have consequences for the day-to-day running of the tenants' stay.
5 Access to WiFi is provided by external companies and there is not sufficient signal in every apartment of the owner. If the connection is insufficient, the owner will refund the amount for the promised service, with the supplier's consent, without the customer being able to address the owner about the bad connection.
In the event that the client rents an accommodation and the promised accommodation is not available, the owner must offer the client another equivalent accommodation or better. If the customer is not satisfied with this, the owner must refund the amount paid for his intervention to the customer.
