Welcome to this lovely house with private pool in Palmanyola. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
The exterior of the property is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In it you will find a private chlorine swimming pool, 10x4.5m and a depth between 1.10m and 2.10m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next to it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while you get a tan, as well as a sofa area where you can have breakfast or extend your evening with your companions. As it is located in a residential area, there are neighbours close to the house. The interior of the two-storey house offers everything you need for your relaxation. The living-dining room is equipped with AC and TV and is open to the kitchen, which has a barbecue and everything you need to prepare great meals. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, you will find 5 bedrooms, all of them with fan. On the ground floor there are three of them: one has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace, while the other two have single beds. On the same floor there is another bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor there are the rest of the bedrooms, both with double beds, access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. The urbanisation of Palmanyola is located between the Tramuntana mountains and Palma. So, on the one hand, you can go hiking, cycling and hiking in the mountains, visit the picturesque villages of Sóller, Valldemossa and Deià and, on the other hand, enjoy the great variety of culture and leisure offered by the island's capital, famous for its cathedral, the Bellver Castle, the beautiful old town and its numerous museums and art galleries, as well as its wide range of restaurants with national and international gastronomy. As for the beaches, we especially invite you to visit the southern beaches such as Can Pere Antoni, Can Pastilla or to explore the small coves of the Tramuntana such as Sant Elm, Cala Estellencs and Cala Deià.Pets are not allowed.
