Beautiful house located in Ses Salines, a village close to the wonderful beach of Es Trenc. It has a private swimming pool and capacity for 5 people.
The exteriors of the property are designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with all the comforts. In its terrace there is a salt swimming pool of 5x2.75m and a constant depth of 1.50m, perfect to refresh yourself. Furthermore, in the well-kept garden area you will find sun loungers and a porch equipped with a barbecue and a large table in the shade so that you can enjoy unforgettable family meals. Being in the village, the house has direct neighbours. The recently renovated interior of the three-storey house is tastefully decorated. It is also designed for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. On the ground floor you will find a nice living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and open to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook great meals. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes this floor. A staircase leads to the upper floors, where you will find the spacious bedrooms and the other bathrooms. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: two of them have a double bed and AC, while the third one has a single bed. On this floor there are two bathrooms with bathtub, one of them en suite. Another flight of stairs leads to the last bedroom, which has AC and access to a second terrace with chill out area. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. Mallorca's beautiful south-east is a unique part of the island, characterised by fine sandy beaches, landscapes of singular beauty and the white salt mountains in Las Salinas. The most outstanding beach is Es Trenc, a natural space of several kilometres. Nature is the protagonist in this beautiful area and the waters of the Mediterranean sparkle in infinite shades of blue. Further east is the Mondragó natural park and different coves such as Cala s'Almonia, es Caló des Moro, Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards and Portopetro. The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi, ideal for a fresh seafood dinner or a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera, is close by. In Ses Salines you will find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies; in short everything you need during your stay. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
