It has a private swimming pool and capacity for 8 people.The exterior of this beautiful house, of modern design, is designed so that you can enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate with all the comforts. On the terrace you will find a large private chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 10x6m and a depth of between 1.5m and 1.8m, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Next to it, 8 comfortable sun loungers allow you to relax in the sun. On the porch there is a large outdoor table and a barbecue, both ideal for enjoying delicious meals with your companions. The garden is enclosed and there are neighbours nearby.The spacious interior of the house, separated into two floors, is designed for comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor there is a large living room with AC and Smart TV where you are sure to spend great evenings. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with ceramic hob and everything you need to prepare excellent meals. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. On this same floor you will find a toilet and 2 double bedrooms, all of them with AC and en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 2 more double bedrooms with AC and access to the terrace. There are also two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.The house is located in a very quiet area of Ciutadella, one of the most important towns in Menorca. Its location near the sea, as well as the picturesque old town, are ideal to get lost in its streets and get caught up in the Menorcan spirit. Moreover, it has all the comforts for you to enjoy an independent stay, as well as restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the typical dishes of Menorcan gastronomy.
