Charming town house for 7 people in Ariany. It has a private pool, large patio with barbecue and a small gym area.The wonderful backyard of the house has a private above ground salt water pool that measures 3.5 x 2 meters and has a depth of 1.10 meters, a nice porch with barbecue and the solarium area where you can relax in the sun. If after an excursion around the island you still have energy, you can work out on the gym machines at your disposal. The house is fenced and has direct neighbours.The two-storey house retains traditional elements and offers a cosy style. On the main floor you will find a nice living room with TV-sat; the dining kitchen with a gas stove and access to the patio; 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed; and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. On the first floor you have another living room with a TV (Spanish channels); 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. In the house you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating.Ariany is a quiet town in the center of Mallorca, with nearby basic services and close to the sea by car. The closest beach is Can Picafort, about 16 km away, although in the north of the island you will find other beautiful beaches in Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina or Cala de San Vicente.
