The house has a private chlorine pool that measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 meters. Next to it you will find loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand from the beach, and a grassy area where the little ones in the house can play. Going up some stairs you have the porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue while contemplating the views of the sea in the background. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.The single-storey house offers a cozy style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. Living room, dining room and kitchen share a large space equipped with AC, a satellite TV, a fireplace and a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Next you have the 3 bedrooms, all with AC and 2 twin beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with a shower in the house. Finally, we can offer you a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.This wonderful house is located on the outskirts of Portocristo, just 300 meters from Cala Anguila, a small beach with fine sand, turquoise blue waters and exceptional beauty. But you can visit other nearby and equally beautiful coves such as Cala Mandia or Cala Romántica.
