This car-free park is separated from the Markermeer by the oldest dyke system of the Netherlands, the Westfriese Omringdijk.From the dyke, a view of the rippling water and passing sailboats emerges, and there are many cycling routes in the area. Nature reserves and delightful walks are the crown jewels of this place and the water beckons to be tried out by kitesurfing, sailing, or even a simple dip in the lake.
On the other hand, the area is well-known for its historic farmhouses, windmills, and pasturelands. The cities of Enkhuizen, Hoorn, and Medemblik offer a more cultural kind of excitement spiced with an abundance of culinary delights.

This detached, single-story lodge for 6 people has a spacious living room with a sitting area, a smart TV, and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a pod coffee machine, and a kettle. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. 1 of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom complete with a shower and a toilet. The other bathroom also has a shower and there is a separate toilet. The lodge also has a covered terrace area which can be accessed through the patio doors. You can use the comfortable garden furniture. You can park in the central parking lot.Sunbeds are available upon request and are not standard with every accommodation.
