The holiday park is located less than a mile from the North Sea, right in the heart of the magical Zeeland region. The comfortable bungalows are just a walk away from the beach, while nightlife, shops, and terraces await in the pleasant Renesse. The proximity of the water offers the chance to go surfing, scuba diving, and fishing anytime, and relaxation is never far away on the clean and safe beaches of the area.There are many activities to try out inside and outside of the park, such as discovering Zeeland by bicycle, the Koos Kids Club, the indoor and outdoor playgrounds, the subtropical swimming pool at Beach Resort and so much more!

This semi-detached bungalow is suitable for 7 people. The living room has a separate dining area and in the kitchen, you will find a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor, each with 1 or 2 single box-spring beds. On the ground floor, you can also find a bathroom with bath and on the first floor, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are also 2 toilets in the house. Outside you will find a furnished terrace and parking is possible near the bungalow. You can use the WiFi for free. Please note: the images of the houses are for illustration purposes only. As a guest of De Soeten Heart, you will have free access to the swimming paradise of Roompot Beach Resort during your stay.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool will be closed from Monday 27 November to Monday 4 December 2023. You are more than welcome to go swimming in the De Parel swimming pool at Hof Domburg. This is around a 25 minute-drive away.
We would like to point out that in the period from the 8th of November, 2021 to the 1st of April, 2022 and from the 7th of November, 2022 to the 9th of January 2023, the Kids Club will be closed and there will be no recreation program available.
* Lead booker must be at least 21 years old.
* Business bookings are not accepted.
* A higher deposit may be required for certain groups arrangements throughout the park.
* Pets are welcome, but only on request as not all accommodations are suitable for pets. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
* A continuous recreational stay of up to a maximum of 21 nights is possible.
For groups we work with a deposit of € 500 per person. The park reception will contact you about this before the booking is finalized.
