The bustling Blankenberge is situated on the east coast of Belgium, amidst seaside resorts like Knokke, Ostend, de Haan and Westende. The pearl of the Belgian coast, with a wide range of activities.The residence is centrally located on the seafront just 300 meters from the marina, and in the immediate neighborhood of numerous cozy cafes and restaurants. The stylishly-finished holiday suites are really comfortable. For a night out, Casino Blankenberge is a true experience. This along with the wide beach, the new pier and the shopping facilities are just some of the advantages this seaside resort has to offer. For a wellness break you can visit the Bloso Blankenberge public sauna. For day trips you can step aboard the tram. This 37km-long tramway will take you from one resort to another. If you want to go shopping head over to Mondaine Knokke, or visit the nature reserve of Het Zwin in Westende.

General
Holiday Suites only takes reservations from people over the age of 18. Holiday Suites reserves the right to refuse a reservation at any time and without justification. Holiday Suites must be in possession of all personal data, including address, telephone number and e-mail address of all persons present during the stay, in order to be able to carry out essential communication with you. . Otherwise, Holiday Suites is not able to provide you with important information relating to arrival and departure (safe key, code, route description, etc.). It is also forbidden to allow people or pets to stay that you did not mention when booking. The observation of this type of fact by an employee or a representative of Holiday Suites will oblige Holiday Suites to withhold the deposit partially or entirely or will lead to expulsion from the park without the right to reimbursement.
If you are eligible for a discount, please report this directly at time of booking. The reduction is impossible to obtain a posteriori. Discount regulations and arrangements are applicable to a limited number of vacation homes. Any reduction regulations are not applicable to arrangements. The accumulation of reductions is not possible, except for a specifically mentioned accumulation. A limited number of holiday residences are reserved for young people under 21 traveling alone. Before booking, they must contact the Reservations department by telephone.

The full amount of your reservation must be paid before your arrival. Any payment not made on time will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
You can determine the location of your suite yourself for a small supplement (sea view, sunny side). You can also group several suites under the same reservation. All preferences are subject to availability. Please inform yourself at the time of your reservation.

The prices appearing in the brochure may possibly be different from the price actually known at the time of booking. Holiday Suites reserves the right to change prices and/or charge a supplement. Holiday Suites also reserves the right to change discounts and discount rules. The price stated on the confirmation/invoice is binding.

Changes & Cancellations
Amendments
If, after booking, you wish to change the period of your stay, you can do so up to one month before your arrival. Depending on availability, it is possible to make additional reservations or extend your stay. Please always communicate changes and cancellations by telephone on +32 70 23 23 30 (€0.30/min). We charge 25 € in addition for any modification of a reservation already made.
Only 1 dog is accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions.
Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, within 7 days before the date of arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
For any early termination of the stay, the rental amount is due in full.

Reception
You can reach the reception at the telephone number +32 70 23 23 30 (€0.30/min) every day on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., also on weekends.
Arrival
Arrival is scheduled on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. (until 10 p.m.). If you have not arrived within 24 hours after the agreed date without notifying it, this will be considered as a cancellation (without refund).
Departure
On the day of departure, please leave your holiday residence before 10:00 a.m. We reserve the right to carry out (cleaning) work around the holiday residences from 08:00. All guests must abide by all the rules that are mentioned in the park rules. Any violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the park without the right to reimbursement. Park rules are available on the aforementioned website.
Confidentiality & legal reserve

All the data provided to us, even on our website, is used to respond to your requests and is included in our file. This file is used by and for customer administration, sales, marketing and accounting. All rates are exclusive of local taxes. Taxes are due for all persons from 0 years old. The holiday residences each have a separate layout. We expressly reserve ourselves any modification of the layout and execution of our domain and the objects therein. All the prices mentioned are in euro and with VAT rate included. These terms supersede all previous terms and supersede any other publication or display.
force majeure
If the performance of the contract is wholly or partially prevented or rendered impossible temporarily or not, due to circumstances beyond the control of Holiday Suites (strikes, risk of war, sieges, fire, floods, storms and other incidents of any nature whatsoever), this is a major strength on the part of Holiday Suites.
Responsibility
We accept no liability for:
Theft, loss or damage, of any nature whatsoever, during or following a stay in the park or in a holiday residence
If a technical device is out of order or out of order and if tourist facilities in the park or the holiday residence are removed or closed
Information provided verbally or by telephone
Nuisance, such as inconvenience, caused by third parties not under our responsibility
Printing errors in our correspondence and/or communication

Complaints
If you have a justified complaint, please contact immediately (within 2 hours after your arrival) the central telephone number of Holiday Suites +32 70 23 23 30 (0.30 €/min) so that Holiday Suites can do everything possible to solve the problems. If the problems were not resolved to your satisfaction, please file a complaint within one month of your departure via experience@holidaysuites.be. A possible compensation indemnity can never exceed the net amount of the rental (without supplements, increases).
pets
Maximum 2 pets are allowed per suite. Pets must have received legal vaccinations and proof will be forwarded to Holiday Suites prior to arrival. The owner/accompanying person is responsible for his animal. Animals must be kept on a leash in the park. The accompanying person will pick up and dispose of the animal's waste. The supplement of €10/night/pet that you pay is used to disinfect the apartment. All pets must be reported at time of booking. Failing this and finding, the supplement per day provided for by pet multiplied by 2 will be deducted from the deposit, plus administrative costs.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is always included in the price of your stay. For longer stays, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory. Every 14 days the apartment must be cleaned. The intermediate cleaning costs 60€. Fresh bed linen can also be provided for longer stays. You pay 8€ per extra bed linen package.
Only 1 dog accepted in this accommodation, without exception.
