Above the village, the massifs of Clape rises its scented slopes covered of pine forests, populated by cicadas, Aleppo pines, stone pines and maritime pines. Pleasant circuits for strolling and VTT will seduce the nature lovers.
And most of all, you will enjoy its wide sandy beaches and bustling docks of the marina.
A 5-minute drive from the residence can lead you to: Aqualudique Park - wellness area (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi), spa, massage jets, fitness room, 25 m indoor pool, outside play area with slide and paddling pool.
Treated as a Mediterranean village, L'Oustal des Mers has 47 air-conditioned apartments overlooking the pedestrian alleyways and each with a private terrace with plants.
Les Ayguades Beach is 100 m away, accessible without any road to cross. The apartments built in Mediterranean style are situated along a trail in the middle of lush vegetation.
This entirely pedestrian village includes a swimming pool heated to 22° (from 01/04 to 31/10) with a covered terrace and a reading area (books and magazines available free of charge), beverage service, breakfast service. A recreation area with ping pong tables, volleyball and boules court.
The complex also has laundry facilities. You can use the free parking (one space per accommodation). A few steps away from the complex you will find a restaurant, a bar, a pizzeria, a minimarket and a bicycle rental company.
No pets are allowed. Vehicle is indispensable.

The modern Gruissan has a beautiful marina, white sandy beaches and offers a wide range of cultural and sports activities. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturday evenings there is a lively market. In the surrounding forests and nature areas you can go hiking and cycling. The extensive forests of fragrant pine trees contain a rich flora and fauna. The long sandy beaches have soft, white sand, and you can spend hours in the sun, building sand castles and swimming in the sea. The vineyards of the Massif de la Cape are also highly recommended. There are many different wines that you can sample in one of numerous cellars. Horseback riding, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, discos, cinemas, an amusement park, castles and festivities - everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday and everything that the Languedoc has to offer!
Leisure and entertainment in the resort: all water sports at the Pôle Nautique des Chalets or at Mateille, cinema, discos, ranch for horseback riding, numerous bike trails (possibility of trips supervised by Monitor BE) or hiking in the Massif de la Clape, Park Aqualudique and Balneo area (special rates for our guests).

This single storey apartment has 3 rooms and an area of 43 m2 and is suitable for 6 persons. The living area has a sofa bed for 2 persons; one of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and 4 electric hot plates. There is a TV with French and some foreign channels as well. Pillows and blankets are available in the apartment. Bed linen should be brought or rented on-site.
All apartments have air-conditioning and lots of privacy thanks to the fenced private terraces. There is garden furniture on your terrace.
There is a limited number of units that are wheelchair accessible and/or have adjustments in the house for disabled persons. Please contact us for information about the adjustments present to see if they match your needs. You can book this preference on request subject to availability.
