- Pitches and accommodations can be reserved online, by email, phone, or via our contact form.
- Reservations are only valid after written confirmation from our team or the online booking system.
- Bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival must be paid in full 6 weeks in advance.
- For bookings made within 3 weeks of arrival, payment is due upon arrival (unless booked online, in which case immediate payment is required).
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the relevant campsite.
- Up to 30 days before arrival: €25 cancellation fee
- 29 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the total, minimum €50
- 7 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% charged
- Check-in from 3:00 PM
- Check out by 10:00 AM for pitches and 12:00 PM for rentals
- Payment is accepted by Bancontact, Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard. Cheques are not accepted.
- All prices include VAT and services, but may change based on official tax or policy adjustments.
- Rates apply to members of a single household. Visitors must register separately.
- Members of ABVV and affiliated groups receive 10–25% discount on accommodation (with valid proof).
- Discounts cannot be combined and do not apply to special offers.
- Pets are welcome (except at Floreal La Roche 2) and must be kept on a leash.
- All campsites are accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
- Due to energy market fluctuations, electricity prices and service charges may vary.
- Please note that youth groups and parties are not allowed.
