Deposit and Tourist Tax: These are payable upon arrival. The deposit will be returned or voided after an inventory check on your departure day or sent to you by mail.
Arrival and Departure:
- Arrival: Saturday between 4 PM and 8 PM.
- Late Arrival: You MUST inform the residence in advance to understand the check-in procedure.
- Departure: Before 10 AM.

- End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes)
- WIFI access (in apartments, reception, and by the pool)
Important Note on Cleanliness: While final cleaning is included, the accommodation must be left in a generally clean and tidy state. Any excessive cleaning required beyond our standard terms will be charged against your deposit.
