● You live in the main house and rent to holidaymakers. In the summer vacations in January and February you are fully booked and there is a lot to do. After that, only individual families come - the occupancy rate outside the summer is low. You have time for yourself. The ongoing income covers the living costs of a family.

● Guests become friends. We are always happy when former guests call us and ask if we have room for them. Some then come to us for a long weekend or stop off on a business trip.

● Living in harmony with nature.

● The plot is full of native shrubs and trees, adapted to the climate of our semi-desert. Reforestation: At the back, we have set aside 500 square meters and planted native trees and plants from the region

● Our fauna is a magnet for birds. 6 species nest here, either in the trees, in nooks under the roof or in the many nesting boxes

● The desert is alive - the fog comes at night... "Camanchaca" is the name given to the often dense fog that drifts up from the ocean at night. It condenses on the metal roofs and feeds our plants

● Integration into society.
No one lives alone. We are members of the local chamber of tourism and take part in excursions organized by friends of nature and culture. Wildlife photographers come to us for the birds. Craftsmen live next door. One neighbor bakes bread, another "empanadas" (dumplings) and another has a small carpentry business. The neighbor on the right is a diver and the other is a university professor.
