Περιγραφή
The beach property is located in Entre Rios, in Comarca de Subaúma, in the Brazilian state of Bahia. It is very well located, about 121 km from the international airport in Salvador
The total area is 500.000 m², from which 26.000 m² can be considered beach area (200 m ocean front). The
part of the property that can be constructed upon and used for projects is 235.000 m².
Payment Modalities: Either a vista (one time payment) or with downpayment and installments. It is also
possible to enter in a partnership with the current owner, however with a percentage payment ("aporte
financeiro"). The property is suited for the construction of hotels or pousadas/resort.
