Short description

Set in Esporles, this romantic house with private pool is in the midst of the Tramuntana Mountains and welcomes 8 people.
The house features a private, 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.2m and 2.1m where you can swim at the foot of the mountains. Afternoons can be spend basking in the sun on one of the 4 sunloungers. The well-kept garden offers lots of nice corners to relax, have a drink and enjoy the tranquillity. A nice round arch gives access to a spacious terrace, where you can have a great dinner. There's a barbecue zone on the porch. This amazing property is fenced and has total privacy. Inside, the ample sitting-dining room with satellite-TV is a lovely corner to share laughs and talks with your loved ones. During the winter, you can enjoy reading a good book by the fireplace. The Majorcan-Style kitchen, with vitro hob, is fully-equipped. Also, around the rustic table you can have great meals with your loved ones. There's a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms. One of them offers two single beds. The other three offer a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, although one of the bathrooms is shared between two of the bedrooms. Additionally, there is a third bathroom in the house also with shower, as well as a toilet. There is a cot, a high chair, 4 fans and central heating.Esporles is set in the middle of the mountains and is just perfect for hiking and cycling. In the centre of Esporles you'll find everything you may need for your stay. The beaches of this zone are mainly rocky but very nice like Port des Canonge, Cala Valldemossa and Cala Estellencs. In Puerto de Sóller there's a sand beach. Please take note that a car is necessary.There is outdoor parking space for 3 cars.Pets are not allowed.The holding of events is prohibited.
