Characteristics of the Property:
The house is located at the Estrada do Pontal, in Recreio (Rio de Janeiro). It consists of in total 3 adjoining
properties (lots) in a condominio. it is located 4 km from the beach and 1.3 km from the main Avenida das
Americas. Right next to the Condomínio there is the international school CIEI (IB World School).
The first lot with 330 m2 was bought in 2005, and on it the private home was constructed. It was built on
concrete stilts (up to 20m deep) adding to the foundation and stability of the house. The house itself has 2
floors, but was built on a 3 m high stand so that the property got larger. About half of the swimming pool
(10mX2,5m) is under the house.
On the back of the lot there are 4 coconut palms and a fan palm. There is also a double cistern with 8000 liters
each. This plot has 2 garages, furthermore there is a ramp that goes up to the level of the house entrance.
Below this ramp is a low storage room. On the first floor, behind the front door, you enter a small corridor. To
the left is a separate suite, it could serve as an office demarcated from the house. Through a second door one

dancing. Through a large 4-piece forged antique iron door in the middle of the room you get onto a terrace.
The spiral staircase located there leads to the upper roof terrace, which extends over the whole house. (There
are also the 3000 l water tanks) and provides for a magnificent view (to Recreio dos Bandeirantes, but also the
mountain range of the Pontal). The whole area is under natural protection and cannot be constructed upon,
thus the eternal green view is guaranteed.
In 2011 the second lot (300 m2) was purchased by the current owner and serves mainly as park and garden
area, where old coconut palms and big trees are located. There are also 3 parking spaces, and from here the
