If you are looking for a place for the whole family, with charm and all the comforts, you have found it in this place. The pool of 10m x 4.5m with a depth between 1.3m and 1.8m and salty water is completely private. Just beside you will enjoy the sun on a beautiful wooden terrace with ten sun loungers at your disposal. The large garden is very child friendly as there is a lot of space for them to run and play. From time to time, you can refresh thanks to the outdoor shower. The cooks among you can prepare a tasty barbecue. On the porch you can read a good book lying in the hammock or have a coffee in the afternoon.The plot is completely fenced without any direct neighbors so that you can enjoy of unrestricted privacy .Inside the house you will enjoy of bright, friendly rooms with all amenities such as air conditioning and satellite TV. The living room offers a wood stove for your use during the cooler days to be comfortable and a nice dining area for family meal. The kitchen with wooden furniture is well equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and all utensils for spoiling your loved ones with culinary delights.A washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board is also for your service. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. Another bathroom with shower and a toilet is serving for the rest of the house .On the first floor are the three remaining bedrooms with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and a whirlpool bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobe and there is possibility to put a cot and a highchair. There's central heating for the winter. The urbanization of Sant Jordi belongs to Palma de Mallorca and is known for the numerous windmills in this area. If you like to play golf, there are two courses next to it, Golf Son Gual and Puntiró. Playa de Palma and Can Pastilla are about 15 minutes by car and the center of Palma is about 12 km. We recommend a visit of "La Seu" ( Cathedral of Palma ), Bellver Castle, Parc de la Mar, or even go shopping in Palma center and perhaps visiting different museums and art galleries, or finally explore the nightlife.
