This amazing villa with private pool is located in Son Bielo, a quiet urbanisation near Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca and welcomes 4 to 6 people.
The house features a private, 6m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m and 1.7m. There are two sun loungers where to relax and bask in the sun. The furnished poolside-porch is just perfect for a barbecue with friends. Another porch with street views is equipped with a small table and chairs. The upper terrace has wonderful sea views and gives access to a bedroom. This lovely house is fenced, has direct neighbours and is about 50 metres from the sea. The sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV invites you to spend a evening with your family. The fully-equipped kitchen has a modern induction hob. There's a laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you come with six people, we can prepare the double sofa-bed in the living area. The ground floor has a shower bath. Upstairs, you'll find one bedroom with double bed and one with two twin beds, both with A/C and wardrobe, as well as one bath with bath tub and bidet. We gladly supply one cot and one high chair if necessary. This property is set in Son Bieló, a quiet urbanisation in the south of Mallorca and near lots of dreamlike beaches. Es Trenc and Sa Rapita are fine grained sand beaches with crystal clear waters. The lighthouse of Estalella is a nice idea for a trip. By car you could go to the fishing town of Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you can eat fresh fish and seafood, visit the Aquarium or the nice harbour. During the summer you can make a nice boat trip to the island of Cabrera, a nature reserve and home of different species of lizards. Note: This holiday cannot accept customers under 20 years, except in cases where travelling with their parents. We need copies of the ID of each person to accept the booking.Pets are not allowed. Mallorca is the largest island of the Balearic Islands, here you think of beach resorts, but there are more ways to enjoy the coast and inland, especially in autumn and winter, when the large groups of tourists are gone and the temperature is therefore more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week in the Tramuntana mountain range in the west of Mallorca, walking or cycling. Or you visit a winery in the center of the island where you can try local traditional wines. Visit a farm by bike or walking, here you can learn how to make sobrasada or mallorquin pork sausages. You will find great places to eat here. The chefs of Mallorca use traditional recipes adapted to modern tastes. There are six Michelin star restaurants on the island. This famous enthusiasm for the local cuisine can also be seen in the other restaurants on Mallorca.

Normally the beach season starts in May until the end of October, but the island is also beautiful in spring when the walnut tree is in bloom.
