This spacious holiday house is really fantastic! It is located on walking distance from the beach and a nature park. Nearby, there is also a bus stop. From this type of house there are 4 units near each other. 

Position

At the beach; Golf; Near water
2 kilometers from this urbanization there is a natural park where you can hike or practice mountain biking. The bus stop is located 400 meters away. In summer the bus is very frequent, in the winter 4x per day. At 350 meters there is a street with several restaurants, bars, tapas bar, hairdresser, supermarket, bank, etc. They are open all year round. At 1.5 kilometers away there is a shopping center with a variety of entertainment and the larger supermarkets such as Lidl. In the vicinity there is a large supermarket, veterinarian. At 1.5 km there is a clinic with English speaking doctors and staff. The house is 1.2 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Playa Carabassi, before you reach this beach you can walk in a beautiful park. The boulevard is at 2.8 km. Most shops are closed on this boulevard between November and March. The airport of Alicante is 15 km away. There are several golf courses nearby, 8 to 15 km away.

ATTENTION! Availability is restricted. You will be notified within a few days whether your booking has been confirmed. Arrival: between 15:00 and 19:00. Departure: by 10:00 a.m. Alternative times are possible only by prior arrangement. You are requested to keep the house tidy during your stay and launder your bed and bath linen when necessary. The tenant will receive a set of keys to the house. In case of loss, house locks will be replaced at the expense of the tenant.
