Pornichet, seaside resort, ideally located on the Bay of La Baule, with a coastline of more than 7 km, offers three sandy beaches for families as well as for fishermen: Libraires beach, Sainte Marguerite beach, Bonne Source beach. The two ports of Pornichet allow access to more than 1500 boats. Among the recreational activities that the place and its surroundings offer, we can mention windsurfing, sea kayaking, fishing, walking or cycling, golf and horseback riding.
The residence is very close to the city center, the Libraires beach, a spa center and a miniature golf course.

At your disposal there is also a sailing school. 30 km of hiking trails and 7 km of coastline await you to be explored on foot or by bike. For golf lovers there is a 9 hole golf course available in Pornichet Guerande and one of the best minigolfs in France, on the Bay of Pornichet.

The Residence La Plage consists of 2 buildings of 3 and 4 floors where where you will find different holiday rentals ranging from studios for 2 people to the apartments with 3 rooms with sleeping alcove for 8 people. Comfortably equipped all accommodation has a TV and free Wifi. At your disposal : laundry facilities (extra charge), indoor parking (extra charge, to reserve on arrival).

Towels, a baby kit or end-of-stay cleaning can be rented at a surcharge. The payment for additional services on site. Pets are allowed for an additional fee if they are listed at the time of booking and if they have a valid vaccination certificate. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the home.
Upon arrival a deposit of € 500 (deposit and cleaning deposit) must be paid and a city tax must be paid. The deposit will be refunded after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
