Coquettish and elegant chalet in Can Picafort, in the north of Mallorca, which can comfortably accommodate 6 - 7 guests.
The house has a big terrace around the house, barbeque, WIFI, central heating and the main room has air conditioning and private terrace.The house has two entrances: the main entrance, which take us to the living room with television (only German and Spanish channels); and the back entrance which takes us to the terrace and kitchen. On the main floor are located a fully furnished kitchen, a toilet, two covered terraces and a big living room with a fireplace.On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main room is en suite and has double bed and air conditioning. The other bedroom counts with a bunk bed and the the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The accommodation is decorated in a classic and colonial style with high quality finish. There is a chill out area on the front terrace, with a sofa and comfortable armchairs, perfect to relax, reading a book or surf the Internet. The back terrace has a porch and is furnished with a table and 6 chairs where you can have your breakfasts and summer dinners. The kitchen is furnished with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, toaster, microwave, dish washer, electric coffee maker, electrical oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils and a lot more. Of course you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.Son Bauló is a perfect area for hiking, Nordic walking, horse riding, cycling, fishing, diving or sailing. It’s very close to the natural park s’Albufera - a perfect place for bird watching.
