La Rochelle is located in southwestern France and is the third most visited city in this country thanks to its beauty and varied offer. The historic harbor and pleasure marina, actually the largest in Europe, as well as the old town quarter and the numerous festivals that are organized represent only part of the highlights of what the city has to offer.
The beautiful holiday residence in the heart of La Rochell has located 1.4km from the old port, 10 minutes walk from the city center, and 15 15-minute walk to the beach. It offers 86 residences in the form of studios for two to three-room apartments for six people.

Places you can visit; the magnificent bell tower, the three towers of La Rochelle (Saint Nicolas, Chaîne and Lanterne), Saint Sauveur church, La Rochelle cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-Louis de la Rochelle), the aquarium and the House of Henri II.
For those who want to look further, are the ideal attractions; boat trips around Fort Boyard and the island of Aix, visit Fort Vauban, the city of Rochefort or Royan and La Palmyre with the famous zoo.

The accommodation offers a kitchen equipped with a fridge, cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, bathroom or shower room with toilet. Please note that the photos of the interior of the accommodation are only an indication.

The services at your disposal include reception, an unheated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September, free TV (already installed in the accommodation), free Wi-Fi access throughout the building, and free outdoor and underground parking.
Sheets are provided. Additional services, such as breakfast/laundry / final cleaning, must be paid locally.
Pets are allowed, with up-to-date vaccination certificates and tattoos! Dogs must be kept on a leash in the residence.
A tourist tax (value/day/person) as well as a deposit will be requested upon your arrival.
The deposit of €300 will be returned to you on the day of departure after inspection or in a few days, by post.
