- Deposit: The deposit must be settled upon arrival, and it can only be paid by direct debit.
- Children’s Bed Linen: The child’s bed does not include bed linen. Please bring your own.
- Bed Linen Requirement: Bed linen is mandatory for rental, and the bed-making service is included.
- Waste Contribution: For stays exceeding one week, a €3 waste contribution must be paid locally for each additional week or part of a week.
- Liability: We are not responsible for any lost property, damages, or personal injuries that may occur during your stay at the park.
- Pets: Pets are allowed upon request, as not all accommodations are pet-friendly. A maximum of two pets per accommodation is permitted. Cats are not allowed in the accommodations.
- Additional Facilities: Some homes may offer additional features beyond the standard setup. When booking, you can opt for these extra services for an additional one-time fee of €25.
- Late Check-out: A late check-out, available until 4 p.m., can be arranged (subject to availability) for a fee of €50. This must be requested at the park’s reception.
- Linen: Please bring your own bath and kitchen linen, or you may rent it at the park (available for booking at the time of reservation).
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for up to four devices.
