This holiday home is situated in the heart of the Alto Minho region, near the beautiful beaches of Portugal.You can refresh yourself in the pool of the house too.The accommodation consists of two parts: the original house and an old granary, now adapted to housing. The deployment of the house on a plot of terraced vineyards, from the pool provides a nice panoramic view of the striking silhouette of the Senhor do Socorro sanctuary. It is located in the parish of Lambruja, which is best known for its Church of the Lord of Socorro, where big festivals are held on the first Saturday and Sunday of July. Apart from its natural vocation as a housing unit, the accommodation offers the opportunity to explore a remarkable network of trails/routes, through the mountains and valleys of the Serra D'Arga (an important conservation area) and Peneda–Gerês National Park. In the renovation the traditional architecture was maintained, while the house has all the comforts of the modern times with a nice pool. The ground floor of the house has two double bedrooms and one double bedroom with a private bathroom (plus the possibility of adding extra beds). On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a reading room. The accommodation has central heating and access to a television, telephone and internet. The former granary, now connected to the original house, integrates a large common room and kitchen. From the lounge you have access to the „eira” (threshing floor) which provides, in summer, opportunities for outdoor dining and recreation. The „eira” also gives access to the pool, the old granary and alembic.
You can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Viana, which are 30km from the house! This region includes a number of protected nature areas including the Serra d'Arga and the Peneda-Geres National Park. For lovers of history, there is the parish of Labruja with a script from the "road to Santiago” dating back to Roman times. The nearby town of Ponte de Lima, named after its ancient Roman bridge, is one of the most beautiful towns in Portugal. It has a number of offerings in terms of history, heritage, art and natural beauty. Deze woning is met zorg gebouwd, waardoor de traditionele architectuur behouden is, terwijl de woning toch van alle moderne gemakken en een zwembad voorzien is. Op de begane grond liggen drie tweepersoonsslaapkamers, waarvan één met een eigen badkamer en de mogelijkheid om een extra bed bij te plaatsen. Op de eerste verdieping zijn 2 tweepersoonsslaapkamers, een badkamer en een leeskamer. De woning heeft centrale verwarming en aansluiting voor TV, internet en telefoon. De oude graanschuur die aan het huis gebouwd is heeft een grote gemeenschappelijke zitkamer en keuken. Vanuit de woonkamer heeft u toegang tot de "eira" (dorsvloer) die in de zomer een heerlijke plek biedt om te dineren en te ontspannen. De eira biedt ook toegang tot het zwembad, de oude graanschuur en de alembic.
