| | | Short description This accommodation is part of a beautiful holiday complex situated in the heart of Maremma, opposite the Tuscan archipelago. The holiday complex, which is surrounded by a centuries-old pine forest, consists of 106 apartments and villas. It is an ideal holiday destination for those who would like to spend an exclusive and relaxing holiday by the sea. The complex is not far from a fine white sandy beach. This private beach belongs to the complex and is ideal for families with children due to its fine sand and gently sloping waters. Facilities of the holiday complex include 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a mini-market, a beautifully constructed pool and a private beach. The complex also has private parking. For children between 4 and 12 years of age there is a (free) professional entertainment team that offers great programs which practically guarantee your kids have a great holiday. For those who enjoy sporting activities, the complex also offers the possibility for sports such as tennis, volleyball and basketball. In summer you can practice aqua aerobics as well as other relaxing exercises. Golfers will benefit from an agreement with one of the finest golf clubs in the area. This course has 18 holes and is situated by the Mediterranean Sea.
This ground-floor apartment has an area of approximately 40m² and is suitable for two to three persons. The living room has a sofa bed. Upon request an extra bed can be added. The adjacent small kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge / freezer and oven. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can be pushed together. There is a bathroom with a bathtub (with shower), toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. Guests of the accommodation have a private section on the covered terrace (with garden furniture). All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished and have central heating, air-conditioning, a safe and a TV with satellite connection.
The complex is situated in the village of Le Rocchette, between Punta Ala and the Argentario Mountains. It is only 5km from the idyllic old town of Castiglione delle Pescaia. This region was awarded the "Bandiera Blu" (Blue Flag), an international quality award for having clean water and clean beaches. The optimal location of the complex makes it an excellent starting point for interesting trips not only to medieval villages such as Massa Marittima, Vetulonia, Pitigliano, Sovana, Scanzano (etc), but also to cities like Florence, Siena, Lucca and Arezzo. The price includes: - Gas / Water / Electricity - Air-conditioning and heating - Final cleaning - Bed, bath and kitchen linen - A change of linen once per a stay of one week. - 2 changes of linen per a stay of two weeks. - Facilities like a beach umbrella and two chairs (in the period from 23/05 to 15/10); the following activities: Mini-club for children between 4 and 12 years of age (in the period from 03/07 to 11/09) - adult sports such as basketball, volleyball, water aerobics and mini-golf. Not included in the price: an extra bed 25 euros per day - baby bed 15 euros per day - tennis - drinks at the restaurant and bars - water sports like windsurfing, pedal boats etc - bikes. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure is by 11:00am.
